I am Coach Brenda Kelley, I am a Health Coach with 10 years of experience coaching as well as 43 years as a Nurse.
My passion is to educate, encourage and empower those that I come in contact with to focus on living well. I believe when we educate ourselves we have the knowledge to be an advocate not only for ourselves but our families as well. I am all about re-educating our families in order to improve the health of our generations.
